What is palliative care? Isn’t that the same as hospice? And why would I ever need a chaplain?

Alimah Faduma Warsame is the director of Strive Sisterhood in Minneapolis and a faith-specific Chaplain at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. We will also be joined by Palliative Care specialist, and family physician, Dr. Tammy McGregor who has spent over 30 years helping families better understand the mystery of death and when to call on palliative care services. We will also be joined by Dr. Maliha Khan, and together we'll break down what these compassionate services are all about and how they can make a huge difference during the most difficult transitions into the akhira.
